Q:How to change my order if the order has been paid?
A:Please feel free to ask our Live Help ,call the service hotline or email us, our customer service will modify your order or cancel it within 24 hours of orders placement as your requirement.
Q:How long will it take to get my glasses?
A:It depends on what lenses you choose, namely the time includes processing time and shipping time.
In most case, the processing may take 3-4 business days for normal single vision glasses. Orders with photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, bifocals/progressive lenses, or prescription sunglasses may take 7-15 business days.
Q:Can I track my order?
A:To monitor and track your order status, go to “MyAccount” and click on “Order History” . We’ll e-mail you as your order leaves our shipping area.
Q:Could I appoint the delivery time?
A:Sorry. Orders of our website are dispatched by third-party logistics, so we can not control the specific delivery time. But if you have any other special requirements, you can contact our Live Help.
Q:Could I change delivery address of my order?
A:(1)If your order have not been dispatched, you could ask our customer service in time to modify your order.

Q:I checked it on the express company website that my order has been received, but in fact I have not received it, what’s the matter?
A:In general, this situation is rare. Maybe your family, colleagues, or security staffs helped to sign for it. If not, please contact us to check for it.
Q:What if the damage was caused during the shipping?
A:We will bear the loss if the glasses are damaged or lost in the transit, so you don’t have to worry about the transportation.(After a long-distance transport, there is probably some slight collision in the outer package, but will not damage the goods in the box)
